Tony leads the team with superb people & project management experience.
He grew up in Colac and Lorne, learnt to sail on Lake Colac and has completed more than a dozen Pier to Pub swimming races. He loves adventure, has skippered winning international yacht races and completed several Sydney to Hobarts.
Simone manages Avila Pools' sales and marketing.
She has background in business development, stakeholder management, sports marketing, sustainability, government policy and law.
Her passion is growing cut-flowers for the Geelong and Surf Coast retail and wholesale markets using sustainable methods.
